At the Kefita site, the Nascor team is part of the construction management team overseeing concrete, metal works and segments of the general finishing build-out supervision as one of the main sub-contractors to the Chinese lead contracting team for a state-of-the-art residential building developed by Rockstone Group, a German developer working on a 2,200 sqm plot with the building sitting on 1,500 sqm. The final structure will have 126 units in the G+21 building.
